If a producer doesn't earn any revenue shares at "My sales" for any of its uploaded media, the administrator probably missed to define a revenue share for the producer in the backend.
The setting can be found in the context menu of a user record in the user index of the backend and is called "Producer settings".
An absolut or procentual revenue share can be defined there for each producer.
