What does the new product portfolio mean to me as an existing customer?

Which edition do I get now?

As an existing customer all features that you had up to now remain unchanged of course. 

Most of our customers can actually even look forward to an significant extension of their feature set.

Specificly it means the following:

- VIMP Community customers get VIMP Light as of now.
- VIMP Professional customers get a free upgrade to VIMP Ultimate (Standard).
- VIMP Enterprise customers get a free upgrade to VIMP Ultimate (Extended).
- VIMP Enterprise Ultimate customers get a free upgrade to VIMP Ultimate (Extended).

For our Corporate customers nothing changes except of a little name change:

- VIMP Corporate is called VIMP Corporate Enterprise as of now.
- VIMP Corporate Campus stays VIMP Corporate Campus.

Where have the modules and extensions gone?

Modules that might not be included in the new editions will be provided separately to our existing customers.

Modules and extensions that have been purchased before VIMP 4.x will be provided additionally as well.

By the free upgrade to VIMP Ultimate all former VIMP Professional, VIMP Enterprise and VIMP Enterprise Ultimate customers will receive the full feature set of VIMP Ultimate automatically.

What happens after my update period expires?

Your update period will not be extended with the upgrade. After its regular end you can renew it with an update purchase as before. As an existing customer please see your special update conditions in your account area.

I have been upgraded from VIMP Professional to VIMP Ultimate [Standard], but have no access to the Ultimate support

The free upgrade from VIMP Professional to VIMP Ultimate doesn't include Ultimate support. Please contact us to discuss your options.
